Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing clinical operations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • A valid RN license in the state(s) of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
