Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and disinfecting, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment, such as floor machines and wet vacs, to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a well-stocked housekeeping cart to ensure that all areas of the facility are adequately equipped.
  • Assist with moving resident furniture and personal belongings as needed.
  • Participate in infection control and Right To Know programs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and printed instructions.
  • High degree of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, and turn frequently throughout the course of an eight-hour shift.
