Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitor Technician to join our team at Emory Midtown Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe, interpret, and record telemetry recordings for monitored patients.
  • Deliver and apply telemetry boxes to patients.
  • Ensure correct patient is being monitored.
  • Report significant observations of cardiac rhythms and other alarm information to the healthcare team.
  • Communicate pertinent information to patients as necessary.
  • Produce accurate and complete documentation.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Rhythm Analyst Technician (CRAT) preferred.
  • Successful completion of an approved arrhythmia course or passing an arrhythmia exam on hire.
