StoneAge is seeking a highly skilled ERP Administrator to join our Data Optimization Team. As an ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Epicor Kinetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 level support for Epicor ERP system, including setup and maintenance of user accounts, security, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
  • Monitor system health, track and report on Epicor performance, and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, servers, systems, and key processes.
  • Install new or rebuild existing servers, configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, or storage, and perform ongoing performance tuning and resource optimization.
  • Develop and maintain data needs, including Epicor BAQs, Dashboards, and SSRS reports, and develop Epicor ERP software solutions for business problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all StoneAge employees and perform any other duties requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting Epicor's Kinetic ERP software and Microsoft SQL Server Database Experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and to communicate and interact effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Azure, and current IT and IS technologies, including APIs.
  • Skills to analyze and resolve complex logical and interpersonal issues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Epicor, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Solidworks, VMWare, Service Desk, and SQL Server.
