Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town- Outrider Rooftop Bar/Cobre Kitchen + Cocktails. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and serve guest orders promptly and accurately, adhering to our service standards.
  • Perform all necessary setup and side work as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Answer guest questions about our menu, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Check food before serving it to guests, ensuring it meets our quality and presentation standards.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, supporting the team and contributing to our success.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates are required.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing our brand and values.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to our success.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using our computer system.
  • General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
