Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and a passion for improving quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology, methods, and training across various disciplines to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technical directors, quality, and lab teams to create standardized method validation plans for new equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is implemented in an integrated fashion, optimizing the environment for continuous quality improvement.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities that impact operational and quality metrics.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (5x8s)
