  • Assist with CAIPA administration, supporting population management initiatives

  • Orient, train, and mentor medical practice personnel, promoting professional development
  • Arrange informational materials for patients, ensuring clear and concise communication
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulations, maintaining compliance and integrity
  • Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data, upholding patient trust
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Documentation Improvement team and Billing team to manage and troubleshoot claims and documentation queries
  • Willing to travel, as required
Requirements
  • Client Service Oriented (both internal and external)
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgement
  • Detailed oriented, excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong Written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-pace environment
  • Technology competency with electronic software needed for role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous working experience as a Medical Office Manager for 1+ year(s)
  • Fluent in Chinese
  • MA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar relevant field preferred
  • Hands on experience with accounting and administrative operations
  • In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations, and terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
