Job Title: Director of Professional Development

Join the University Development Office as a Director of Professional Development and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to support the professional development of our staff.

About the Role:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to support the professional development of our staff
  • Collaborating with departmental leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Designing and delivering training programs to support the development of our staff
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience in professional development/training in a complex organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with learning management systems to create and track online learning
