Job Title: Automotive Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for our five dealerships in Virginia and New Jersey. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with General Managers, understand their needs, and translate them into effective marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between dealership General Managers and the marketing team to ensure alignment with dealership goals.

• Translate dealership needs into actionable marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, sales, and customer retention.

• Provide strategic marketing insights to dealership teams to enhance decision-making and overall business growth.

• Manage the relationship with external agencies to ensure timely, accurate execution of marketing tasks that align with brand standards.

• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of agency deliverables, providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive key performance metrics, including website traffic, VDP views, internet leads, phone calls, store visits, and repair order growth.

• Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet dealership goals.

• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, social media management, and online advertising campaigns.

• Ensure all digital content is consistent with brand guidelines and delivers an engaging user experience across platforms.

• Use data-driven insights to refine digital marketing strategies and improve overall customer engagement.

• Effectively manage the marketing budget, maximizing return on investment and ensuring efficient use of CO-OP funds.

• Track and report expenses, vendor costs, and campaign expenditures to ensure financial accountability.

• Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers and dealership teams to share best practices and maintain consistency across all regional marketing strategies.

• Contribute to a collaborative marketing environment by participating in regular team meetings and aligning efforts with overall organizational goals.

• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, ensuring that all marketing tools and services are utilized effectively to support dealership goals.

• Evaluate vendor performance regularly, negotiate contracts to optimize services, and identify opportunities to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

• Plan, promote, and execute regional marketing events in collaboration with dealership teams, ensuring these events engage the community and reinforce brand presence.

Working Location:

The homebase marketing office is located in Miami, FL, where Murgado Automotive Group was founded. However, the preferred candidate should reside in either Miami, FL, near Richmond, VA, near Edison, NJ, or somewhere in the vicinity or in between both locations. Remote and hybrid work options may be considered based on proximity to dealership locations and the candidate's qualifications.

Salary:

$65,000 - $70,000 a year
