About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Circle of Care Pediatric Home Health. As an Occupational Therapist with our company, you will work with individuals to improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Administer and complete evaluations for pediatric patients in a home health setting, following departmental standards and procedures.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records and reports on pediatric patients' progress and care plans.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance patients' functional abilities.
  • Provide preventive therapy to help maintain functional skills, educating patients on energy conservation, joint protection, safety techniques, and proper transfer methods.
