About the Role- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
