Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mover - Junk Removal Specialist to join our team at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience for our clients, and upholding the company's core values of Building Leaders, Always Branding, Listen Fulfill and Delight, and Creating a Fun Enthusiastic Team Environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction with our services.
  • Junk Removal and Moving: Safely operate equipment and vehicles to remove junk and move clients' belongings, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Logistical Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding job assignments, equipment maintenance, and customer communication.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new hires on day-to-day operations and company values.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, preventing careless and costly mistakes.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
  • Customer Service Skills: Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
  • Team Player: Must be willing to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and fun work environment.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive hourly pay, plus tips and performance-based bonuses. Excellent earning potential, with hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15 per hour (DOE).
