Mover - Junk Remover

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mover - Junk Remover to join our team at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving. As a Mover - Junk Remover, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job, providing exceptional service and ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience.

• Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
• Operate safely at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily truck inspections and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are on hand.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values and promoting a positive team environment.
• Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes.
• Regularly check in with direct supervisors for additional assignments and guidance.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period.
• Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
• Must be drug and alcohol free.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

$11 to $15 per hour, plus tips and performance-based bonuses.
