Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, upgrading, and maintaining various types of electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and inspect electronic equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Develop and implement test procedures to track and report status to management
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues and devise creative solutions
  • Work with RF electronics theory and apply fundamental understanding to test equipment
  • Utilize desktop computing and application programs to track and report status
Requirements
  • Associate's degree with equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree with no experience required
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Basic experience with test equipment and fundamental understanding of RF electronics theory
  • Competency with desktop computing and application programs (Microsoft Office, email, instant messaging, databases)
Desired Skills
  • Solid understanding of RF, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and Cellular technologies
  • Advanced experience with test equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Benefits

Nightwing offers a competitive salary range of $59,000 - $113,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
