Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Validation Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, upgrading, and maintaining various types of electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and validate electronic equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Develop and implement test procedures to track and report status to management
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues and devise creative solutions
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of RF electronics theory and apply it to test and validate equipment
Requirements
  • Basic experience with test equipment
  • Competency with desktop computing and application programs (Microsoft Office, email, instant messaging, databases)
  • Organized, innovative team player
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of RF, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and Cellular technologies
  • Advanced experience with test equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Education and Experience

An Associates degree with equivalent experience or a BS degree with no experience required. Additionally, candidates without a degree who have 8+ years of work experience will be considered.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
