Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at Enchanted Rock Management LLC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective planning and analysis function that provides leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic business planning process by communicating business unit and company consolidated financial and construction performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the EPC and O&M departments, and assist in preparing presentations in support of monthly/quarterly/annual leadership meetings.
  • Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and assist in achieving budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data, and prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Assist with ad-hoc information requests, projects, and analysis, and perform additional responsibilities as directed by Company management.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning, with a strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or relevant degree, with advance proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Business Central/Great Plains, and Sitetracker.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented while thinking strategically, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CCA or equivalent) is a plus, as is experience working for a retail energy provider, or energy-service-oriented or manufacturing, maintenance, and repair business.
