About the Role

As a Busser/Runner, you'll be the champion of guest happiness, helping us curate moments of pure joy, laughter, and delicious food. If you're ready to become the life of the dining extravaganza and add that extra dose of sparkle, apply now.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the restaurant and bar operations.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
  • Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
  • Ensure cleanliness of food & beverage areas. Restock service stations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors, and removing trash.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, ability to carry multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
