Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Busser to join our team at Clevelander Ocean LP. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our property and supporting our servers in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned side-work duties, including stacking and un-stacking chairs, aligning tables, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned stations.
  • Communicate effectively with host and service staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with the removal of dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests are finished.
  • Run soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware from bus stations to the dish wash area throughout the shift.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of trash areas and perform all trash-related duties, including emptying, removing, and compacting trash.
  • Stock and clean bus stations before each shift begins and maintain the appropriate levels of equipment and product in service stations.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma preferred.
