Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations

At Distinctive Living, we're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations. This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for overseeing clinical guidance, process management, and leadership to our Health & Wellness / Clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support assigned portfolios in clinical guidance, process management, and leadership to the Health & Wellness / Clinical team.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chief Clinical Officer on areas of significant concern, risk, and sentinel events within designated portfolios.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures to ensure adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Review new regulatory directives and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with assisted living and memory support safety and clinical standards.
  • Lead the company's quality assurance program and develop benchmarks and monitoring measures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and resolve resident grievances.
  • Monitor and analyze resident care data and participate in the Regional Leadership Team to drive clinical strategies and resident activities.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
  • Five (5) years' nursing experience.
  • Two (2) years nursing management experience.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulatory compliance in assigned states.
  • Experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork skills, and positive community relations skills.
