- Provide insights to the Kate Somerville Team regarding territory demands and market trends.
- Ensure precise scheduling and documentation of work hours.
Results
- Meet sales goals to promote business growth.
- Maintain product presentations and comply with retail standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand values.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; esthetician/cosmetologist license is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty retail sales, including specialty and department stores.
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to relationship development.
- Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Reliable transportation and digital literacy.
The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $25 to $32, depending on experience and location. This is a flexible part-time position requiring work in retail stores within the designated territory 1-4 times per week.
