Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of the production department to ensure efficient processing of materials and manufacturing of products. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Review production and operating reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead and motivate production team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce costs.
- Monitor and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer products.
- Conduct employee training on equipment operations and work safety procedures.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety, quality, and productivity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and IS14001 quality standards.
