Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage residential repair and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Process and coordinate project service teams or vendors to perform project services.
  • Create and manage project service and vendor request tickets from start to finish.
  • Assist and/or arrange site meetings with subscribers, vendors, and HPS techs and management.
  • Attend routine meetings to provide updates and clarification to Project Services Supervisor, Project Service Techs, and the Manager of Project Services.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a property management or residential repair coordinator role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Asana software experience preferred but not required.
