About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at RC Power. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical contracting services to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed successfully.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of electrical contracting principles and practices, as well as excellent project management skills. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders, and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed successfully.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that projects are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical contracting, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong understanding of electrical contracting principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
