As a Unit Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Unit, ensuring that the highest level of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. You will work closely with the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services to implement policies and procedures that align with current federal, state, and local standards governing long term care facilities.
