Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Oversee Inside Sales and BDRs: Lead the inside sales personnel and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring they achieve their objectives and maintain exceptional performance levels.
  • Demand Generation Management: Supervise demand generation initiatives, ensuring they align with overall sales strategies and goals.
  • Lead Qualification: Manage the lead qualification process, ensuring leads are properly vetted and pursued.
  • Sales Outreach: Guarantee effective outreach strategies, ensuring all sales team members are proactive in generating their own leads.

Sales Training and Development

  • Design Training Programs: Collaborate with the Training Department to create and implement impactful sales training programs for the team and other sales personnel across the organization.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Regularly refresh training materials to include best practices, innovative techniques, and team feedback.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Establish Sales Objectives: Set and communicate clear sales targets and objectives for the team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Enhance Outreach Effectiveness: Ensure that BDR activities complement broader sales outreach efforts, maintaining individual sales team members' engagement.
  • Continuous Coaching: Drive outreach success by monitoring messaging and techniques, offering additional training and support as necessary.

Leadership and Culture

  • Uphold Ethical Standards: Cultivate a culture of integrity and motivation within the team.
  • Adapt to Change: Guide the team through leadership transitions, process changes, and market fluctuations.
  • Encourage Innovation: Foster and implement creative strategies for sales and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales, ideally within the staffing sector.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales training initiatives for inside sales teams.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing inside sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Completion of at least one formal sales training program is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation Package:

$90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience), along with performance-based incentives. A comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan, is also provided.
