Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to drive process improvements and best practices for our distributors. You will be exposed to the development of new tools, technologies, lean concepts, teambuilding, and leadership tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team on management processes, sales initiatives, and pilots
  • Engage with operations on KPD initiatives and tracking
  • Partner with the supply chain systems and analytics teams, warehouse operations, and other teams to ensure understanding of processes between the groups
  • Sales forecasting for new item distributions, monthly promotional lift, and channel-specific demand
  • Analyze customer-specific credit data down to the item level to identify underperforming items for removal from the assortment
  • Analyze syndicated data on a category and item basis in collaboration with the growth solutions department to identify best on-trend items for new distribution
  • Assist with projects by partnering with the supply chain systems and analytics teams, warehouse operations, and other teams to ensure understanding of processes between the groups
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus in business administration or sales and marketing
  • Adept at building partnerships across a wide range of cross-functional groups
  • Advanced skillset in MS Office Suite required
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting platforms
  • Creativity and real passion for working with technology to tackle business problems
  • Client-focused, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
  • Critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
