Job Title: Call Center Representative

Our company, Twin Cities Siding Professionals, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound customer calls, texts, chats, and emails and provide accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team member or department.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering peace of mind and support.
  • Schedule sales appointments and ensure accurate notes, caller information, marketing tags, and locations.
  • Send customer confirmations of scheduled appointments.
  • Send sales reps communications about scheduled appointments.
  • Follow-up calls, texts, and emails from opportunities in various locations.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments internally to improve customer service.
Requirements:
  • Software proficiency and experience with common computer operating systems and programs (Windows, MS Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly proficient and accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with positive upbeat language.
  • Ability to multitask and have great data entry skills across different communication platforms and software.
  • Integrity and a positive attitude.
  • A team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Driven to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability for a fast-growing company.
  • A development mindset that is open to mentoring and coaching.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and respectfully and build rapport.
