Job Opportunity

Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and repair equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Maintain accurate records of service work and repairs
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize labor revenue and efficiency
  • Ensure safe and efficient transportation between customer sites
  • Communicate effectively with parts and sales departments to meet customer needs
  • Work in various environments and adapt to changing situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Operations
Requirements
  • 18 years old
  • Pass pre-employment screening, including drug test and background check
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Demonstrate high mechanical aptitude and ability
  • Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
  • Basic Electrical knowledge
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Dock and Door Experience preferred but not required
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Welding and Electrical experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent time management skills
