Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Fulfillment: Process and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Order Management: Place and manage orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, sales data, and customer information.
  • Seasonal Planning: Assist in planning and executing seasonal inventory management, including ordering and receiving seasonal merchandise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in computer software, including Google Sheets, Word, and Excel.
