Orthopedic Surgical Care Professional

This Registered Nurse position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting.
Compensation Package: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $31.00 to $46.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED*.
- Current Texas RN license or valid compact license.
- Minimum of one year of RECENT experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, issued by the American Heart Association.
