About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Assistant (PCT)/HUC to join our team at North Central Surgical Center in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time position that requires 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7pm to 6:30am.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide basic nursing assistant care to patients and assist with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of the Post-Surgical Unit Manager. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with daily tasks, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements
  • High school student or graduate or equivalent
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferred
  • Previous clinical experience, preferred
  • Current certification in CPR

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience. Additionally, opportunities for professional growth and development are available through education and tuition assistance programs.
