Arlington Orthopedic Association is seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Care Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly qualified individual to provide exceptional patient care and support our orthopedic services. As an Orthopedic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic studies, establishing diagnoses, and implementing treatment plans.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complete physical exams and record findings.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including x-rays, MRIs, CTs, and lab tests.
  • Establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Administer injections, oral medications, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist with minor office surgical procedures, such as suturing.
  • Prepare written prescription orders and authorize refills as needed.
  • Triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation and education to patients and their representatives.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required).
  • Licensed in the State of Texas (required).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
