We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Charge Capture Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial performance in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project billing to ensure costs are correctly billed and invoices are uploaded to the CTMS in a timely manner.
- Work with project managers and sponsors to secure signed client contracts for MR projects.
- Verify EPIC payment files for accuracy and upload for processing and fulfillment.
- Reconcile revenues and costs with accounting and project managers.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure accurate and timely financial performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes impacting functional areas and revenue cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- At least five years of experience in billing, collections, insurance, technology support, or customer service.
- AAPC or AHIMA certification in coding, with experience in research medical billing and coding.
- Proficiency with medical terminology and medical research billing language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in research billing, budgeting, coverage analysis, or other research finance background.
