Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor is a key member of our team at Aveanna Healthcare, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in the home setting. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care activities and develop individualized care plans to meet patient goals.
- Supervise and educate clinical caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess patient needs and provide timely follow-up documentation.
- Uphold and promote adherence to CHAP standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and compliant nursing services.
- Contribute to retention initiatives by fostering a supportive work environment and providing valuable insights to enhance caregiver satisfaction and longevity.
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in nursing from a state-accredited RN program.
- Clinical or other work experience as per state and/or federal laws and regulations.
- RN licensure in designated state(s) as appropriate.
- Valid Driver's license and Acceptable MVR.
- RN experience and knowledge of private duty nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 40 pounds.
- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
- Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions.
- Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
