The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical conditions and a proven track record of supervising a team of case managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of case managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and program requirements.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of staff, including monitoring work activities and utilizing management tools and databases.
- Collaborate with partner organizations and referral sources to facilitate case planning and resolve participant service problems.
- Implement structured quality improvement activities, reviewing client records and providing feedback and training to staff based on QI outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary to address client needs and resolve problems.
- Master's degree required.
- Licensed level healthcare professional preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical conditions and prior experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Able to travel to/from off-site meetings and trainings as needed.
