Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a ReNewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and developing an assigned territory, calling on surgeons in their offices and in hospital operating room settings, and working with surgeons to demonstrate product and prepare quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR directors, and managers
  • Present and demonstrate Medline's medical devices and surgical products
  • Prepare and deliver quotations for product
  • Train and learn new items to present to surgeons and explain the medical and fiscal benefits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site
