Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Crown & Bridge, Removable, and Implants restorations
  • Knowledge of digital production, such as CAD/CAM & IOS, is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with dentists
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • A minimum of 4 years of successful customer service work experience within a call center or related heavy customer contact experience

Physical Requirements: May involve long periods of sitting at a desk, answering the telephone, and writing or using a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some lifting between 0 to 10 lbs. may be required. Travel may be required up to 5% of the time.
