Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers
  • Counsel and advise dentists on products, treatment plans, and designs

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Crown & Bridge, Removable, and Implants restorations
  • Knowledge of digital production, such as CAD/CAM & IOS, is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with dentists
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • A minimum of 4 years of successful customer service work experience within a call center or related heavy customer contact experience
