Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality patient services.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining and recording medical history, chief complaints, and other necessary information.
  • Escort patients to examination rooms, assist clinicians with procedures, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently, using computer systems to record vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Assist with cosmetic procedures, instruct patients on after-care, and ensure patients understand post-procedure instructions.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care, and maintain open communication to address any concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience using electronic medical records systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
