Key Responsibilities:

· Conducts quantitative assessments that influence strategic decisions at the executive level

· Develops statistical models to predict consumer demand utilizing internal and external sales data

· Works alongside Key Account Managers to design sales presentations for major retail partners

· Prepares reports and presentations for upper management

· Gathers, analyzes, and interprets diverse data sets to identify avenues for profitable sales enhancement

· Provides strategic advice to senior management

· Formulates actionable strategies and initiatives to elevate sales and distribution

· Communicates complex analytical findings to sales leadership at various levels

· Oversees analytical projects, integrating quantitative analysis to refine and innovate current processes

· Offers daily analytical support to sales and marketing managers

· Investigates industry trends and incorporates new insights into sales strategies and decision-making

· Applies statistical methodologies to derive meaningful insights

· Performs additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred

· Previous sales experience is advantageous

· Strong communication and organizational abilities

· Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

· Proficient quantitative and interpersonal skills

· Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Must possess a smartphone with camera and data capabilities

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus)

· Capable of performing light to medium work, exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects

· Primarily a sedentary role; however, some filing may be necessary, requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as needed

Work Environment:

· This position operates within a professional office setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines will be utilized regularly

· Work hours may vary based on business requirements
