- Partner with other business segments, including sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance, to drive business results and achieve company objectives
- Pursuing a degree in the Human Resources field, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices
- Desire to work with a sense of ownership and urgency to see projects through to completion, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency, with experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to various stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced team environment
