About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Specialist to join our team at SpringPath Mental Health Services. As a key member of our Intensive Residential Treatment Services team, you will play a vital role in providing care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals with significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage meals for individuals served, ensuring a safe and healthy food environment.
  • Support skill development in cooking, cleaning, and nutrition, tailored to individual needs and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with staff to promote the rights and well-being of individuals served, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Manage kitchen workspace, adhering to Board and Lodge licensing requirements for food safety.
  • Transport clients and provide group and individual services, including teaching independent living skills.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as scanning, faxing, and organizing, to ensure efficient program operations.
  • Ensure compliance with training licensing regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and participate in community and in-house recreational activities, promoting a therapeutic environment.
Requirements
  • GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in delivering services to adults with serious mental illness.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a behavioral science or related field.
  • Food safety training and competency in kitchen management.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.50-$23.00 per hour, a valid driver's license, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
