Key Responsibilities:
This Senior Program Manager will be an integral part of the Retail Sales Development team. This position allows for remote work with travel requirements as determined by leadership. The role demands collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Primary Duties:

In this capacity, you will:
Facilitate cross-departmental and leadership alignment initiatives.

Streamline project intake, communication, and follow-up processes for retail sales and business development.

Evaluate sales metrics to refine strategies for enhanced performance.

Adopt technology and tools to boost productivity and optimize sales workflows.

Engage with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Track industry trends for competitive insights and manage channel sales programs effectively.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and deliverables, including providing regular updates to executives on the status of ongoing projects/initiatives.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in event planning/execution, crafting internal/external communications, and project management.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships, influencing stakeholders and leaders, and resolving conflicts.

Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks is preferred.

Experience in fast-paced environments with a natural ability to adapt to evolving situations and processes.
