About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at SSC Services for Education. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing management support at client sites, delivering exceptional customer service and program implementation.

This role requires proficiency in SSC's facilities management program to lead various assignments and startups nationwide, with 85% travel involved.

Responsibilities
  • Implement standard programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance, following established guidelines.
  • Takes the initiative in installing programs required to manage the assigned unit.
  • Train account personnel in proper cleaning techniques, grounds and maintenance procedures, and all safety procedures.
  • Operate, implement, and develop QA programs, CMMS, monthly reports, and QBR.
  • Collaborate with clients and client staff to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for assigned projects as needed, controlling expenditures within limitations of the project budget.
  • Provide reports on the status of project milestones and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
