The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, managing day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders according to customer requirements and inventory levels
  • Obtain order confirmations, tracking, and ETA from suppliers and communicate to customers
  • Manage day-to-day activities for all orders, including communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Serve as a resource for customers on new products, services, and communication
  • Resolve order problems in a timely manner and escalate as needed
  • Schedule quarterly business reviews with customers to gather feedback
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Manage customer expectations and provide proactive solutions
  • Develop knowledge of suppliers' and customer needs to bring value-added solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Manage projects with minimal oversight and provide tracking and progress updates
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • QuickBooks experience helpful, but not required
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software
  • Creative and swift problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
