Capital Account Manager

STERIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Account Manager to join our team. As a Capital Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a yearly business plan for capital and associated consumable goods.
- Submit and execute an accurate forecast for Capital and associated consumable products on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in GI, SPD, OR, IC, MM, Biomed, and CEOs, COOs, and CFOs.
- Utilize value-added services in the selling process to differentiate STERIS from competitors.
- Manage the after-sale process, including in-servicing to ensure customers have thorough knowledge of the safe use of equipment and chemistries.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of successful sales experience, including a minimum of two years of B2B or medical device sales experience.
- Demonstrated concept selling skills.
- Understanding of the hospital buying process, including the role of National Accounts, GPO, IDN, and Distributors.
- BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
What We Offer:
- Base pay of $65,000.00.
- On-target earnings of $200K plus uncapped commission.
