Job Summary

We are looking for a professional who can assist in the development and execution of training programs, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have a proactive customer service focus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute training programs for associates and practice groups, including compliance training and firm-wide CLEs.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, drafting invites, and tracking RSVPs.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including CLE database and MCLE Board relationships.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and DEIB teams to coordinate logistics for live, hybrid, and virtual trainings.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, including developing processes and procedures for Learning Management Software and CLE certification.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm.
  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe, as well as Outlook for managing meetings and appointments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a proactive customer service focus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
