We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Butterfly Effects, a leading provider of autism-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

About the Role

  • As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • You will be responsible for designing and managing individualized behavior programming, including supervising direct 1:1 treatment services, developing individualized goals and objectives, conducting behavior assessments, and individualizing client treatment plans.
  • You will also manage Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) staff, conduct monthly caregiver training, and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.
