Position Overview

Schedule: Full-Time

As a Registered Branch Associate, you will be an integral part of the client service team, leveraging your unique experiences and insights to achieve outstanding results and enhance client satisfaction.

In this role, you will support the financial advisor by assisting existing clients, ensuring a seamless client experience, understanding their goals, and fostering trust within the team.

  • The salary range provided reflects a subset of the total pay range, with opportunities for merit-based increases as you advance in your role.
Minimum Salary: $25.90
Maximum Salary: $30.27

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing relationships with current clients
  • Collecting necessary information to facilitate new account openings
  • Analyzing portfolio performance and making informed recommendations to the financial advisor
  • Executing buy/sell orders as directed by the financial advisor
  • Addressing general client inquiries regarding investment recommendations
  • Actively participating in business planning and evaluating branch strategies
  • Continuously pursuing personal and professional development

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; if not currently registered, these can be obtained during the designated study period
  • FINRA registrations must be completed within three months; state insurance licenses are also necessary
As an associate, you are expected to complete all ongoing training mandated by the firm and regulatory authorities.
