About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee all equipment and facility maintenance at our Piedmont, SC paper converting facility. As a key member of our team, you'll lead and develop a team, manage projects, and ensure our machinery runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 4 maintenance technicians.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
  • Analyze maintenance data and identify trends.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience with PLC systems.
