Accounting and Administration Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting. You will also be responsible for administering HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support business growth
• HR Administration: Administer HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
• Advanced experience in QuickBooks and Sage 100 (MAS90)
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
